Core Facilities

Lifefabs Institute Facilities

Delivering high quality research output quickly and efficiently has never been more important.

Lifefabs Institute is organised around reserach-grade facilities each representing a different element of operation, analysis, engineering and bioproduction.

The Lifefabs BSL-1 Lab is the UK’s first publicly-accessible makerspace and wet-lab in one studio, offering a bridge between digital fabrication, dry construction and
scientific development.
We gratefully accept any working wet-lab or fabrication equipment if it aligns with our capacity and space.

If you have a piece of equipment you would like to dontate to a new home please don’t hesitate to contact us.
